LOG 41 On-Line Registration is now open on the club website. The Canaan Valley Resort & Conference Center, in Canaan Valley, West Virginia is the hotel for Lotus, Ltd’s annual Lotus Owners Gathering hosted by the Maryland/DC Founder’s Chapter of Lotus, Ltd. The Sept. 9 to Sept. 11, 2022 event will have main events that our past LOG attendees expect.
The event weekend starts with a free Friday night Meet and Greet reception with cash bar and appetizers. Saturday the Lotuses will assemble for the Concours, snap the annual panoramic photo and hold our popular-car voting. Saturday evening banquet this year features guest speaker John Davis of Motorweek fame. Sunday evening buffet we say our goodbyes until next LOG.
Besides the main events, there will be tech sessions, more special guests, an autocross, vendor sales, arts & craft contests, an auction, and lots of time to socialize and inspect the Lotuses.
On Friday between 12 noon to 5 pm and after the Friday night reception 9pm to 10pm, you will need to check in at on-site registration to pick up your badge which gets you into the weekend events and lists what meals you have paid for. If you order LOG 41 apparel, you will also pick up your clothing at this same time.
To join the festivities, you must be a current Lotus Ltd. member. If not a current member, at the website home page you can join or rejoin if you have lapsed for a couple of months for the annual rate of $50. If you are expiring soon, you can renew for the annual rate of $45. Once a member, you enter the membership area to register for LOG 41.
EARLY WEB PRE- REGISTRATION FEES are $125 each for a current member and $100 for each immediate family member who wish to attend with you. Children 12 and under are free. Early WEB pre-registration deadline is May 31, 2022.
REGULAR WEB REGISTRATION FEES are $150 each for a current member and $100 for each immediate family member. Children 12 and under are free. Regular Web registration deadline is July 24, 2022. JULY 24th IS THE CUTOFF FOR ORDERING LOG 41 APPAREL.
LATE WEB REGISTRATION FEES are $180 each for a current member and $100 for each immediate family member. Children 12 and under are free. Late Web registration deadline is August 24, 2022. NO APPAREL ORDERS!
No registrations will be accepted from August 25 to September 8.
LATE ON-SITE REGISTRATION FEES at the Lodge are $210 each for a current member and $100 for each immediate family member. Children 12 and under are free. On-site registration is Friday, September 9, 2022 between 12 noon and 5pm, and again from 9pm to 10pm in the Pine Room.
In addition to the registration fees, there will be a charge of $26 per person for the Saturday Concours luncheon if you wish to partake. The Saturday night banquet has a selection of a beef, chicken, or vegetarian entrees for $45 per person attending. Children’s Menu selections and pricing are on the Registration Form. There will be LOG 41 apparel that can be pre-ordered when you register, and received at on-site registrations. Any apparel orders must be received no later than the July 24th deadline. There will be t shirts, polos, denim shirts, and fleece jackets available for ordering. See the website for choices and pricing. No apparel can be ordered after the July 24th deadline.
