Jim Clark Lotus 49 also at LOG44
The actual 1967 Lotus 49/2 driven by Jim Clark to victory at the 1967 Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, the 49’s debut race. It was a groundbreaking car as it was the first to use the engine, the brand-new Cosworth DFV, as a stressed member of the chassis. This very car, which just won Best of Show: Concours de Sport at Amelia, will be our very special vehicular guest of honor in Pittsburgh for LOG44. Make sure you get to LOG to see this magnificent car and meet Tony Shute.
