Arnie Johnson Tribute No. 27

How I know Arnie: I bought my 1972 Lotus Europa TC in 1980. I drove it as my only car for several years. I planned a trip to England in 1987, and wanted to visit the Lotus factory. My local Lotus dealer in St. Louis gave me Arnie’s number in Atlanta. I called, and spoke to Arnie. He made arrangements for Morris Dowton, a Lotus executive, to give me a tour of the Lotus factory. Arnie also sent me a Lotus cap. Do you think that happens at other car companies? No because they don’t have Arnie!
