There is a lot to pack in at LOG 43, and the activities are only part of it. Here is an outline of the food options available over the extended weekend.

Friday

Evening Welcome Reception – Appetizer buffet and Cash Bar

As a part of your registration fee you will be included in our wonderful Friday night reception with an abundant assortment of culinary delights upon which you can graze while getting to know or reconnect with your fellow Lotus friends from around the country. We can’t wait for y’all to join us for some Texas sized hospitality and delights!

Saturday

Breakfast

On your own; from a selection of unique and familiar Restaurants and Grocery stores, within walking distance or a short drive from the Hotel. We’ve gathered some for you here

Lunch

On your own; from a delightful array of Food Trucks and local Restaurants available within walking distance of the Concours location. Some recommendations are: Jardin Corona, Tex-Mex cuisine with flavorful recipes, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere; Adriano’s Italian Cuisine, Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine at a little piece of Italy in the heart of Texas; River City Grill, Traditional American cuisine, friendly people, casual atmosphere and lakefront location; Ginger & Spice, Comfy eatery with classic Thai dishes; The Ragtime Oriole, A coffee shop, wine, beer, and vintage music venue; and cap it all off at Ms Lollipop’s Parties, Fun, & Gifts, Best ice cream, candy, and unique soda pop shop around Marble Falls. The owners are avid Lotus enthusiasts.

Dinner

Main Banquet and Awards Ceremony – Meal options available include:

• Indulge in succulent Herb-Infused Roast Chicken Breast crowned with Crispy Fingerling Potatoes, Drizzled with a Velvety Fig Demi-Glace, and served alongside Tender Asparagus Spears.

• Embark on a culinary journey with Rosemary-Rubbed Beef Sirloin, a tender 6 oz. masterpiece, adorned with Hill Country Mushrooms, nestled atop a bed of Point Reyes Blue Cheese Polenta and crowned with a Local Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Veal Glaze.

• Savor a Roasted Stuffed Portobello Mushroom, brimming with vibrant Peppers, Butternut Squash, and Kale, delicately intertwined with nutty Quinoa and Vegan Cheese and crowned with a golden Corn Breading. (Gluten Free and Vegan)

On your own; Food Trucks and Cafe are available at COTA. Group drive tentatively planned from COTA to Lockhart, the Barbecue Capital of Texas (yes, it’s really that good).

Dinner

Closing Ceremony Banquet – Meal options available include:

• Tantalizing Cane Sugar Rubbed, Bone-In Pork Loin Chop — a delicate balance of sweetness and spice. Nestled beside a mound of velvety Yam-Ginger Mash, this dish is adorned with a luscious Cherry Balsamic Glaze, imparting depth and richness to every bite and accompanied by tender Sweet and Spicy Carrots.

• Enchanting House Honey-Lacquered Chicken Supreme, complemented by the richness of Whole Grain Risotto. Drizzled with a divine Apple and Sage Port Jus, the essence of autumn accompanied by perfectly grilled Zucchini.

• Delectable Eggplant Ratatouille nestled in a Flaky Pastry — a tantalizing Mediterranean creation with a harmonious blend of tender eggplant, zesty tomatoes, and fragrant herbs, delicately enveloped in our vegan pastry. Enhanced with the vibrant essence of Cilantro Pesto and a melty vegan cheese. (Vegan)
