The Dates & The Rates

It will be held from Friday, September 5th through Monday, September 7th, 2025. To join the festivities, Lotus Ltd. membership is required to attend LOG 44. If you are not a member, please join and then login to the website as a member of Lotus Ltd. If you need any assistance, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you out!

Registration Rates

• Lotus Ltd. Member $160 Early Web Pre-registration deadline – June 15, 2025/ Each Immediate Family Member 13 years and older $130 each – Kids under 13 are free!

• Lotus Ltd. Member $195 Regular Web Registration deadline – July 28, 2025/ Each Immediate Family Member 13 years and older $140 each – Kids under 13 are free!

• Lotus Ltd. Member $220 Late Web Registration deadline – Aug 22, 2025/ Each Immediate Family Member 13 years and older $150 each – Kids under 13 are free!

• Current Lotus Ltd. Member $260 Walk In Registration at hotel – Sep 5, 2025/ Each Immediate Family Member 13 years and older $160 each – Kids under 13 are free!

Your Accommodations

We have negotiated an advantageous group block rate of $149.00 plus tax per night, which is good Thursday, September 4 through Sunday, September 7. This negotiated reduced room rate is on a first come first served basis until our group block is filled up. Act now if you plan to attend LOG and stay at the host hotel.  Mention Lotus Ltd., LOG 44 to obtain this rate. Rooms are first come-first served until we fill our group block.

The hotel is located 5 miles from downtown Pittsburg and all its cities attractions. For those of you flying in for the event, the Pittsburgh International Airport is a close 14 miles from the hotel.  There is complimentary parking and a restaurant onsite.

Day 0 Activities

September 4, 2025 – Thursday

Arrive at the Doubletree by Hilton in Greentree, PA.

Check-in Time: 3:00 P.M.

Day 1 Activities

September 5, 2025 – Friday

Arrive at the Doubletree by Hilton in Greentree, PA.

Check-in Time: 3:00 P.M.

The LOG Registration Desk will be open from Noon until 5 P.M

Freshen up and prepare for the LOG44 Welcome Reception. Heavy hors d’oeuvres (included with your registration fees) and a cash bar will be available starting at 6 P.M.

Meet new friends and renew old acquaintances. Rest up. Day 2 is a busy day at LOG!

Day 2 Activities

September 6, 2025 – Saturday

After the concours you are invited back to the Doubletree by Hilton in Greentree, PA for the Saturday Banquet. Doors open around 6 P.M. There will be guest speakers and the
awards ceremony to follow. The banquet is not included with your registration fee. You
may make your meal selections on the LOG44 Registration Form.

Day 3 Activities

September 7, 2025 – Sunday

Just don’t lose track of time. The banquet buffet starts at 6 P.M.

We end the day at the hotel for the buffet and the Awards. The buffet is not included in your registration fee. Please fill in LOG42 Registration Form to make your selections.
