To obtain a refund or cancelation for the event, contact Lotus Ltd. Log on to the club website www.lotusltd.com and proceed to the “CONTACT US” menu tab at the top of the page or click on “CONTACT US”.
All requests received by June 30, 2025 will have a refund of the total paid minus a $20 processing fee.
Any requests received after June 30, 2025 through August 1 will have a refund of the total paid minus $50 cancellation and processing fee.
Requests received after August 1 will be determined on a case by case basis, primarily by whether we can sell off your food choices and cover other prepaid LOG expenses.
