Elise turn signal retaining tab repair

I finally broke a retaining tab despite performing turn signal removal successfully many  times in the past. There are two YouTube videos on replacing the tab, one suggests using a fishing rod or pool cue clip but d0es not show dimensions or orientation, the other, in French, illustrates a bolt on replacement which is 3D printed but does not list a source for the tab or give dimensions or printer code.  Before I start designing one from scratch, does anyone have instructions or parts availability?
