LOG Refund Policy

LOG Refund Policy

To obtain a refund for the event, you must contact Lotus Headquarters in writing. Go to the club
website www.lotusltd.com and proceed to the “CONTACT US” tab. Your request for refund will be
addressed using the following criteria and is at the sole discretion of Lotus Ltd. as to whether it will be
granted.

All requests received by 45 days prior to LOG may have a full refund payment by check granted with valid
reason. Typical valid reasons include medical, employment or family circumstances which prohibit
attendance at LOG. Partial refunds may be granted depending on other extenuating circumstances
though in no case will a refund be granted for merely choosing not to attend. A $25 cancellation fee will
be applied.

Any requests received 44 days through 30 days prior to LOG may have a partial refund payment by
check granted with valid reason using the same criteria as for earlier dates. A $25 cancellation fee will be
applied. The refund will NOT include any apparel charges.  As the apparel order is made to special
individual orders, apparel may be picked up at onsite registration by someone you authorize in writing to
do so. If it is not picked up, your apparel order will be mailed to you after LOG with shipping and handling
costs deducted from any available refund.

Refund requests received less than 30 days prior to LOG will be processed after LOG at the sole
discretion of Lotus Ltd. on a case by case basis, primarily determined by whether we can sell off
your food choices and/or other paid for items that have already been pre-ordered. There will also be
a $25 cancellation fee applied.
